A few years ago Julien Callamand chose to reconvert and become a beekeeper, in a process of returning to his roots. His production is reasoned and artisanal so as not to disturb the bees. He wishes to produce better and with respect for nature! Thanks to its forty hives, it produces various honeys throughout the seasons and during the flowering season.
