This quote could summarize what pushed me to create the catering service: "Les p'tits plats de Céline".
Indeed, since January 2017, I have been offering the sale of ready-made meals to take away at the gates of the Vallée de l'Ouche. The principle is simple: each evening a different place where I wait for you to receive your dish or dishes.
This changes every week and is made with seasonal and local products as much as possible.
The dishes are prepared every day in my laboratory located in Ancey, in order to ensure the maximum freshness of my products.
I diversify the menus, according to my desires. You will find simmered dishes (bourguignon, blanquette ...), but also lasagne, tartiflette, duck parmentier etc...
The opportunity to share with you the taste of the dishes of my childhood, and of yours too.
My catering activity does not stop there as I also offer to prepare your meals for your family celebrations, birthdays, buffets, aperitif dinners, company meals.
For the good weather, I propose you my speciality: the ham cooked (for a long time!!) in the grill and its Epoisses sauce. Something to delight the taste buds of your guests. Attention, for this last one the minimum of people is 30.
