Les Jardins d'Hélix has been established since 2015, in a small village in southern Burgundy, in the heart of the Charolais Brionnais, a land of horned beasts!
Each year, 80,000 snails, Gros Gris (Helix Aspersa Maxima), are raised in the open air in a sustainable manner (no GMOs, no phytosanitary products, no antibiotics). This certainly makes our farm the smallest professional farm in France.
We are committed to respecting the animal, the environment and the consumer.
Our residents are born, raised and educated on our farm. They are then cooked by Polo (the breeder) in a professional laboratory in Saône et Loire.
Our products are packaged in glass jars or frozen.
