Le Jardin des Thorains

Le Jardin des Thorains, created in 2013 in Lavau, Puisaye, is an association and a farm committed to the preservation of Nature and Biodiversity. It is a member of the "Réseau Semences Paysannes", a national network of free seed actors. The association has developed an organic market garden, offers 400 varieties of natural and reproducible seeds and, in the spring, fruit, flower, vegetable, herb and medicinal plants. It also offers a range of delicatessen products (syrups, jellies, herbal teas, etc.) processed on the farm and a range of CBD hemp (flowers and infusions). Courses and training around permaculture are available. The common thread is autonomy and transmission, possible thanks to the work from seed to seed.
