Le Fournil de Brienne
Farmer miller and baker. Sale of bread and flour. Growing cereals on the family farm (small spelt, rye, old wheat and new varieties) for over 10 years. For the past 3 years, the baker has had her own mill where she transforms her cereals into flour, then uses it to make her sourdough breads.

Saturday market in front of the Moulinotte in Moulins-Engilbert
l'Huis Périgou on Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm from May.
