La Grange Rouge

The Grange Rouge is a privileged place, in the family since 1829. My jams are made with fruits or vegetables grown on the spot, without chemical treatments or fertilizers. I also collect my untreated fruits in private orchards, or wild berries from the surroundings. My original recipes are at the service of the natural product, they sometimes sublimate the flavours by subtle touches of spices, aromatic plants or by delicate associations of fruits.
