La Ferme de sous la Velle

Enchanted, we are Rosine and Sylvain, good-natured farmers, in love with nature and meeting people! Located in the heart of the Auxois in the village of Beurey-Beauguay, we raise our animals and cultivate our land on the family farm. Our 80 Charolais cows and 20 ewes graze in the meadow in the summer, enjoying the fat and tasty grass of the Auxois bocage. In the winter, they come back to the farm buildings and are fed with the fruit of our harvests (wheat, barley, oats, peas, alfalfa, hay, etc.).

We are committed to short circuits and local production and offer a range of products from our farm: spreads, sausages and beef jerky for tasty and convivial aperitifs; frozen minced steaks for the pleasure of a burger or a quick meal to prepare, but also meat ready to cook or to freeze for cordon-bleu lovers.
