Floriane Jean moved to the family farm in Greucourt in 2017. Today she is installed with 35 goats and 2 alpine goats. The family now farms 185 hectares of cereals and 20 hectares of grass.
The milk of their goats is transformed into fresh cheese, semi-dry, dry, seasoned fresh cheese (garlic and fine herbs, shallot, sesame seed or poppy seed), aperitif cheese or faisselle.
