GAEC Mathieu-Chevalier
On a family farm, we produce raw milk goat cheese in various stages of maturation (faisselle, fresh, semi-dry and matured) in an artisanal and traditional way. We sell directly at the farm. By appointment, you can come and visit our farm with the possibility of seeing our goats being milked at 6pm. Our farmhouse goat cheeses, including the famous AOP, are sold directly. It is preferable to inform us before coming.
