The lambs are born on the farm and are raised on their mothers' milk and then on the grain and fodder harvested on the farm's land.
When the weather is fine, the ewes take advantage of the meadows. They return to the sheepfold in the winter where they give birth to their young.
Because we want to bring you a superior quality product, our lambs are certified Label Rouge de l'Adret.
