In a typical Puisaye farm, we raise a herd of 90 beef cows in the traditional way, fed on grass and cereals produced on the farm. We offer meat from our heifers and milk-fed calves on order. We welcome groups and discuss agriculture, its future, its economy and its interest for biodiversity.
