Coeur de Chèvre 2.0

Amony Phily has opened her Chèvrerie at Parigny in the commune of Alligny-Cosne. She currently has 80 milking goats that enable her to make the famous Crottins de Chavignol. The young breeder makes her own cheeses in a spotless laboratory just behind the shop, where her range of cheeses is on display.
