The shop offers products from local craftsmen and producers, wines from the region, Tonnerre, Epineuil, Chablis, Burgundy snails, appellation cheeses, duck liver and terrines, rapeseed oil, honey and gingerbread, and many other products depending on the season. On the terrace or in the Burgundy dining room: local dish of the day, home-made and Tonnerre wine.
