A heavily wooded route. La Gotale and the valley wood, Présentin and the Argaud wood are havens for roe deer and wild boar. After descending from Gotale on a sure bet and crossing the Petite Grosne, the path climbs to La Bussière. This little hamlet perched on a hill is well worth a visit. The ridge offers a stunning panoramic view, first of the Beaujolais foothills and then of the Tramblyronne countryside and the Clunisois. You can then venture into the Argaud woods. Its clearings are a Mecca for lily of the valley picking.
