Your autumn bonus
From Decize, reach the commune of La Machine in complete peace and quiet. Take the towpath of the Nivernais canal and then a path in the undergrowth on a family trail where hikers, joggers and cyclists can mix peacefully. At the end of this route, take the height for a magnificent view of the Grenetier pond which will sublimate this route!
Built on an old railway line, this cycle route links Decize to La Machine, with most of the route taking place under the woods. It passes by the Grenetier pond (swimming, fishing, picnic tables). This itinerary is easy to walk or cycle and is marked out with interpretation panels. There are two possible departure points.
