Local loop in shared space: Loop of the Butte de Thil

This 38 kilometre walk, which is not very difficult, can be extended with a variant around the Butte de Thil (total distance: 41 km). When you leave Flée, take the opportunity to visit the 18th century castle and its English park.

On arrival at Précy-sous-Thil, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the town before tackling the Butte de Thil, which offers beautiful views over the Auxois and the Morvan and where one of the oldest French feudal castles stands (open during the summer). Your route continues to the Burgundy canal, the Creusot trench and the village of Saint-Thibault, worth seeing for its church and its gothic choir.
