Today, the name still remains on the façade as it still plays host to a restful gourmet experience. But of course, times haves changed, and the majority of rooms have been renovated to a contemporary style through the choice of colours and textures. Thus, some creative dishes of William Frachot are represented on the headboards above the beds! The 28 rooms and suites are fully equipped, air conditioned and mostly decorated in dramatic shades of grey.
