Balade à vélo Avallon – Noyers – Chablis

Bike ride Avallon - Noyers - Chablis on 10/08/20 + 22/08/20 + 24/08/20

8.30 am departure from Auxerre with our minibus. Your bike ride starts in Avallon, a pretty town perched on a rocky outcrop. You will cross the Cousin Valley and reach the "terre plaine" plateau with its endless fields that allow you to discover the Avallonnais countryside. After a stop in the medieval village of Montréal and a few more pedal strokes, you arrive in the picturesque medieval village of Noyers-sur-Serein. After a picnic in Noyers you continue your bike ride through the Serein Valley. Soon after, the vineyards of the Chablis appellation, the largest white wine vineyard in Burgundy, appear. After visiting Chablis and tasting its wines, you leave Chablis in our minibus, with your bikes in the trailer, and return to Auxerre.
