CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER: Any total or partial cancellation (number of participants less than the order placed) must be notified in writing (registered letter in the case of total cancellation) to the Tourist Office. The amount refunded to the client by the Tourist Office, with the exception of the administration fee, will be as follows
- Cancellation + 30 days before the start of the service: 30 € booking fee retained.
- cancellation between the 30th and 21st day inclusive before the start of the service: 25% of the price of the service will be retained.
- cancellation between the 20th and 8th day inclusive before the start of the service: 50% of the price of the service will be retained.
- cancellation between the 7th and 2nd day inclusive before the start of the service: 75% of the price of the service will be retained.
- Cancellation less than 2 days before the start of the service: 90% of the price of the service.
- cancellation on the day of the event: 100% of the price of the event.
- In the event of a no-show by the client, the group, or part of the group, no refund will be made. The full price of the service will remain due.
The client is invited to take out a cancellation insurance policy with an insurance company of his choice.
