Villa Modéliacus

Situated in the heart of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the village of Meuilley, we welcome you all year round in a completely renovated old stone vat house.

We offer 2 types of accommodation: A gite* for 4 people and a bedroom* for 2 people. It is possible to book both accommodations for a 6-person stay.

In addition to the gîte and bedroom, you'll also find our Modéliacus microbrewery (visit and tasting by prior arrangement from €20/person).

The house is located in the heart of the village and has a shared outdoor swimming pool and private covered terrace.

Just 5 minutes from Nuits-Saint-Georges, 30 minutes from Dijon and 15 minutes from Beaune, the site is also within easy reach of the Route des Grands Crus.

A grocery shop with a bread depot and a restaurant "La Place Meuillotine" are just opposite.

Environmentally aware, we try to limit our impact on nature (compost sorting, 100% LED lighting, stone house with solar blinds so no air conditioning, water savers, etc.).
