Studio Bastion Sainte-Anne

The studio Bastion Saint-Anne, entirely renovated in 2018, is ideally located in the city centre of Beaune, close to the centres of interest, historical (Hospices de Beaune-Hôtel-Dieu, Collégiale Notre-Dame, wine museum,...) cultural (Fine Arts Museum, Tourist Office,...) and commercial, and in the heart of the Climats de Bourgogne classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

On the 1st floor of a small co-ownership, without lift, in Beaune intra-muros, this private independent studio, exposed to the rising sun, very bright and not overlooked, is equipped with all the facilities to accommodate two people in the best conditions. It is suitable for couples, single travellers and business travellers.
It has a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower, furniture and washbasin, and toilet, a bedroom with a bed (140X190) and an adjoining dressing room.
The bed is made on arrival and towels are provided. Basic necessities are available: dish washing products, bin bags. Coffee and filters, tea bags are available, as well as salt, pepper and oil.

Cleaning and tourist taxes are included in the price. However, we ask our guests to put away the dishes and to put the garbage bags in the bins of the condo. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Free public car parks are available nearby: boulevard circulaire and place Madeleine. The surface car park Saint-Jean (200 m away) and the underground public car park Les Chanceliers (100 m away) are subject to a charge, except on Sundays.
In the Rue d'Alsace where you live, and in the adjacent streets you will find all the shops, especially Burgundian specialities: wines and liqueurs, gingerbread, mustard, cheeses, ...
You can easily reach on foot the festival sites organised each year: Crime Film Festival (April), International Festival of Baroque and Romantic Opera (July), Hospices de Beaune wine sales (November),...
You can stroll through the market (Wednesday and Saturday mornings) and taste the fine wines from the many wineries offered by the wine merchants in the town centre, and discover the town with the little tourist train.
A bike, horse-drawn carriage or 4X4 ride will take you to the heart of the vineyard.
By car, you will reach prestigious sites not far away: Citeaux Abbey (32 km), La Bussière Abbey (34 km), Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy in Dijon (47 km), boat trips to Verdun-sur-le-doubs (22 km), Fontenay Abbey (101 km), ...
