Detached family house with large garden (1,000 sq.m.) in peaceful setting below the Morvan. Kitchen, living room,, 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed) (double bed, folding cot), shower room, WC. Electric heating (charge based on actual consumption). Only 1 pet allowed - get owner's prior agreement if you want to bring more. Free firewood. Cleaning at end of stay possible (extra charge).|Ideally located just 5km from Canal du Nivernais ('Voie Verte' cycle track) and 20km from Morvan Regional Nature park. Lots to see and do: château at Châtillon-en-Bazois, museums in Château-Chinon (Septennat and Costume), hiking/riding and water sports (on Morvan lakes - Les Settons, Chaumeçon, Pannecière...). All year round there are events/organised activities in the Bazois region (shows, flea markets/car boot sales, fishing competitions, belote (card game) competitions, etc.). Tourist tax included in rent.
