L'Orée du Lac - Formule Gîte

On the Route du Crémant, in the Haute Côte-d'Or and a stone's throw from the Champagne vineyards, a beautiful 1850 Burgundy house adjoining the owners and surrounded by a large wooded park.

Ground floor: dining room with wood stove, 2 lounges with fireplace, kitchenette and semi-professional kitchen available. WC.

On the first floor, 3 beautiful, spacious and bright bedrooms. One bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, adjoining shower room with WC. One bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed, bathroom with WC and adjoining space with a baby bed and a convertible sofa offering extra sleeping space. The third bedroom has a 160x200 bed, bathroom and WC.

The whole property is enclosed and shared: parking, courtyard, terrace and garden. Heated swimming pool shared with the owners and open from May to September depending on the weather (dimensions: 4x8 m and 1.30 m deep).

Animals accepted after agreement with the owner. The owners are also restaurant owners in the village, on the edge of the lake.

Between vineyards and forests (including the National Forest Park), the Châtillonnais is a rich land in every respect. Sporting or cultural activities? both are possible! Marcenay is ideal for hiking and fishing enthusiasts, thanks to its lake. The Châtillonnais Museum-Treasure of Vix in Châtillon-sur-Seine is a must on the Celtic route.
