Situated in the heart of the Nièvre region and close to the Morvan regional park, the Merisiers gîte offers a green and relaxing setting between ponds and forests.

This charming, recently renovated, detached house of over 130 m2 can accommodate up to 6 people. It is very close (750 m) to the Etang du Merle leisure centre and its supervised beach in July and August (swimming, canoeing, pedalos, children's play area, etc.).

The house comprises a lovely fitted and equipped kitchen, a spacious, light-filled living room with French windows giving access to the terrace, the garden and the outbuildings in the basement.

The south-west-facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture. It overlooks the garden and has a staircase leading down to it.

There is also a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and its own entrance.

Upstairs you will find a vast loft-style living space: the bedroom area with 1 double bed (140x190), a dressing room, a lounge, a study area and a bench seat with mattresses on pallets that can be used as an extra bed (90x200). There is also a bedroom with a single bed (90x190).

The 700 m2 enclosed garden is partially planted with trees, deckchairs and a barbecue.

From June to September, you will have access to a private swimming pool (8mx4m) secured by an alarm and heated by the sun. A relaxation and leisure area will be available nearby (garden furniture, games, toys).

There are 2 free parking spaces outside.
