From the front door, a corridor leads into a spacious living room with a fitted kitchen area, dining table and lounge area. This communicates with a veranda overlooking the garden to the south and west, from where a staircase leads to a garden-level terrace.

Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen-size double bed and the other with a single bed; the master bedroom has a private toilet with a small washbasin.
Heating is provided by a pellet stove, the heat from which is channelled upstairs. Solar hot water and natural drainage via planted ponds.
