The gîte "l'Erable", located on the ground floor of the house, offers: a beautiful modern kitchen fully equipped, with cooking piano, American fridge, multifunction robot... open to the living/dining room, with direct access to the terrace. Pellet stove. Library, flat screen TV with DVD player (DVDs available), bluetooth speaker. 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 cm (2 beds of 80 cm separable), 1 second bedroom with 1 bed of 160 cm. 1 bathroom with shower. Independent WC. 1 baby bed on request. Reversible air conditioning. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Swing. In a separate room, in the courtyard, shared by the 2 gîtes: beautiful Zen space including : SPA, sauna and hammam. Shower and WC.
