Fully furnished and equipped house located in a Cluniac village with its Romanesque church, sacred fountain, Julien scrubland etc.... Starting point for visiting the Nièvre and surrounding area (Nevers, Auxerre, Vézelay, Sancerre, Chablis, Tannay, Clamecy etc...). An ideal location for fishing with the Merle, Vaux and Baye ponds and many others. Not far from the Morvan for kayaking, hiking and walking. Paragliding at Asnan and aerodrome at Clamecy. The Canal du Nivernais is wonderful with its towpaths and is close to Corbigny and Tannay (boat hire). The gîte has a terrace with BBQ and garden, ideal for families or friends. If you wish to work in peace and quiet, the gîte has Wi-Fi access. Supermarkets, craftsmen and shops are within easy reach in Corbigny, Tannay, Saint Saulges and Clamecy... a little further away in Prémery then Nevers or in the other direction in Auxerre.
