Welcome to Numéro 1!
Mrs Delorme welcomes you to her property in the heart of Toucy, Burgundy: an elegant middle-class house dating from the mid-19th century, outbuildings and beautiful grounds at the foot of the town's fortified church. The gîte is a studio in one of the outbuildings, beautifully restored with all modern comforts.

The studio is on the ground floor, with direct access to a private garden. It's a flower-filled space where you can enjoy a coffee or an aperitif, or even settle down with a good book to enjoy the birdsong...
Inside, a large room serves as kitchen - living room - bedroom. Tastefully decorated in pastel tones, it invites you to relax.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven and dishwasher. You'll find all the crockery you need, as well as a dining area for your meals.
The bedroom is cosy, with its 160cm bed and old-fashioned boutis.
There is also a lounge area with armchairs and a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings.
The large bay window overlooks the courtyard and the fortified church.
There is also a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet, with plenty of space to store all your belongings.
A private garden with garden furniture and sun loungers is an inviting place to relax!
