In the vicinity: the historic centre and shopping streets of Vesoul, the Vesoul market, the Vaivre lake, the Ludolac, the Festivals (Cinémas d'Asie, Jacques Brel...), theatre, cinema, bowling, karting... A haven of peace for your holidays at the gates of Vesoul, let yourself be seduced by the charm of this old mill "Le Moulinot", located in a relaxing and picturesque setting on the river bank, the gîte offers top-of-the-range equipment, with decoration that is both cosy, design and industrial. On the ground floor: modern and uncluttered fitted kitchen, large living room open onto the dining room (140cm flat screen TV), BOSE wireless audio. WC with washbasin. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160/1200, with shower room, private toilet in the bedroom. Upstairs: mezzanine living room (sofa bed with possibility of 2 extra beds), second mezzanine in duplex (1 bed 140 x 190), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200), 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90/200). Each room has its own private bathroom and toilet. All rooms are equipped with a television, mirror, coffee maker with welcome pack. Outside there is a south-facing flagstone terrace where you can enjoy the sun from morning to night, with views of the hills. The garden is planted with trees and flowers and has a large table, parasol and sunbeds. A lighted shelter adjoining the house will allow you to make plancha. For fishermen, some trout can be seen in the river bordering the gîte. A private, heated and insulated garage provides parking for 2 cars. Table linen and towels provided. Sheets are optional.
