In an old water mill with a capacity of 10 people, the Moulin d'Avoine gîte in Vers welcomes you in the heart of South Burgundy.
Located 5 minutes from the A6 at Tournus and the train station (shops 3 minutes away), 20 minutes from Chalon-sur-Saône and Mâcon, and 1h15 from Lyon, 3h30 from the Paris region and 2h15 from Geneva.

Possibility of renting from Monday to Friday or from Friday to Sunday evening only outside school holidays.

During your holidays at the Moulin d'Avoine you can enjoy various outdoor activities: fishing on the spot thanks to the Natouze and the Doue which surround it, numerous hiking trails, horse riding in the vicinity, ..., visit the numerous monuments and castles of the region (Abbey of Tournus, Cluny, Hospices de Beaune, Brancion, ...), taste the different grape varieties of the Wine Route, make an excursion to Louhans to the Bresse poultry market, have fun at Touroparc Zoo or just relax in the bucolic setting of this old water mill.There is also a wood burning stove, central heating and garden furniture.
