Our former workshop has been completely renovated to create a bright and modern atmosphere, with large south facing windows to let the sunshine in...
We transformed the interior with metal bars to provide floor space for the upper level creating 2 spacious bedrooms and a shower room. The upper level is reached by a metal staircase from which the whole flat was built and designed.

The ground floor has underfloor central heating and a polished concrete floor gives a smooth finish. There is a comfortable sofa and armchairs for lazy evenings, TV and a good selection of films. The dining room has a high table with chairs from a local workshop.

Upstairs there is a king bedroom with wardrobe and pool view and a twin room. There is also a shower room with toilet.

The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, dishes and knives that cut!

The ground floor bedroom and bathroom have been decorated to a high standard. The bathroom tiles and old school basin add a touch of old fashioned decoration.

The pellet stove makes for cosy evenings in winter.

The house is equipped with smoke detectors, free wifi and washing machine.

The exterior has a wooden deck, barbecue and garden furniture and is fenced for pets.

The pool is shared with a second gite. It is heated from May to mid-September, measures 10m x 4m, has 3 steps and a flat bottom, depth 1.50m.
