La Vigne et la Loire

In the heart of Pouilly-sur-Loire, 50 metres from the banks of the Loire, Martine will be delighted to welcome you to this pleasant detached house ideally situated with direct access from the A77 motorway.
Pouilly-sur-Loire is a privileged village for its terroir, its vineyards and its nature reserve. Close to Sancerre (favourite village of the French in 2021), La Charité-sur-Loire, Nevers and only 2 hours from Paris, you will be in a quiet place and close to the shops (restaurants, bakeries, food shops, health and beauty centres ...) and its market on Friday.
The house can accommodate 2 to 4 adults (1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed) with the possibility to park a car in front of the house.
The house is equipped with :
- On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, a living room with TV, a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a toilet.
- On the first floor: a large bedroom with balcony, a double bed, a bathroom with a large Italian shower.
- Outside: parking for one car in front of the house, a fenced courtyard and a closed cellar for storing bicycles.
Gas heating in each room. The banks of the Loire and the beaches 50 metres away will allow you to organise your picnics and walks in the sand.
