19th century house, located in the heart of the Puisaye, authentic and traditional. Living room with kitchenette (2 induction hobs), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190. On the first floor, the shower room and independent toilet. Close to the family property, but with access to the unfenced garden of 2000m ² well independent and without vis-à-vis. Private parking. Heating and electricity are extra according to meter reading. Bed linen is provided with the bed made and cleaning is included. Bicycles available. Possibility to rent an electric bike for a day (25€/day and per person). In the Loire Valley, close to Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye, Guédelon (medieval building site), the Château de Saint-Fargeau (sound and light show), the Boutissaint animal park, the Lac du Bourdon, the Sancerre and Pouilly vineyards, to be tasted with the famous crottins de Chavignol.
