Close to the vineyards of Nuits Saint Georges, independent house renovated and decorated with taste on a beautiful property with enclosed and common park of 12 000 m².

Ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. A bedroom with a 160cm bed, shower room and separate toilet. A bedroom with a 160cm bed and 2 pull-out beds, shower room with WC accessible to people with reduced mobility. Private sauna.

3 other bedrooms are each served by a staircase: one bedroom has 2 twin beds, shower room and WC, one bedroom has a double bed with bath and WC, and the last one has a double bed with shower room and WC.

Private terrace to enjoy the country setting. Outdoor swimming pool (10 x 4.5m) and fenced in to be shared with the owners, heated from June to September depending on the weather. Swing in the park and 2 bicycles available.

All-inclusive rates (except tourist tax): electricity, electric heating, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning.
