Located in Germagny which is a small rural commune of Saône et Loire, of 200 inhabitants, situated between Chalon-sur-Saône and Charolles and Cluny and the mining basin Montceau-les-Mines / Le Creusot. It is located in the valley of the Guye between vineyards, livestock and crops.

Ground floor: kitchen opening onto the courtyard, living/dining room with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom/WC.

First floor: 2 bedrooms for 2 people, 1 bedroom for 4 people (4 beds of 90 cm), bathroom and independent toilet.
