La Maison de Marie

The house has 3 levels, with a straight staircase leading to the 1st floor and a spiral staircase leading to the attic bedroom.

Ground floor:
- Fitted kitchen: electric cooker with oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, table and 4 chairs. Living room: oval table and 4 chairs, leather sofa, coffee table, 2 armchairs, console, TV unit + TV.
- Bathroom: walk-in shower with window, separate WC.
- Boiler room: new oil-fired condensing boiler, electric hot water tank, refuse bins.
- 1st floor: corridor leading to 1 large bedroom with double bed (160cm), wardrobe and chest of drawers and a small bedroom with double bed (90cm), armchair and wardrobe.
- 2nd floor: 1 attic bedroom with double bed (140cm), BZ sofa and storage units.

The bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables, bedside lamps and USB sockets.
The bedrooms have double curtains and the 2 velux windows have blackout blinds.
Free WIFI internet access is available throughout the house.
Baby cot, high chair, booster seat and potty are available free of charge.

Saint-Rémy is located in the Côte-d'Or region, 4 km from Montbard, a town served by a TGV train station. The Brenne river and the Burgundy Canal run through the village. Nearby are a number of UNESCO World Heritage sites, including Fontenay Abbey and the Basilica of Vézelay. Other attractions in the region include the village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, the statue of Vercingétorix at Alise-Sainte-Reine, the MuséoParc d'Alésia, the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, the Lac de Pont...
