Situated in the heart of the Puisaye, in the centre of MEZILLES, a village classified as a "cité de caractère", this *** gîte is on the first floor (private entrance) of the owners' house. It comprises 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. Living room with open-plan kitchen; separate wc; bathroom with shower. Comfortable and well-equipped, the owners also offer cleaning at the end of your stay and a range of linen (bedding, towels, tablecloths) at an additional cost. Local suggestions and places of interest. In the village you'll find a number of local shops (bakery, grocery, café, restaurant, hairdresser), and you can take advantage of the many tourist sites in the area: The medieval site at Guédelon, Saint-Fargeau and its "sound and light" shows at the château, Saint-Sauveur en Puisaye: Colette country, the animal park at Boutissaint, Auxerre terre d'Arts et d'Histoire, Gien and its porcelain and earthenware factories, Vézelay and its basilica. You can also relax with a wide range of leisure activities: fishing, sailing or swimming in the calm waters of Lac du Bourdon; walks along the wild banks of the Loire at Bonny; the tree-climbing course at Treigny.
