This gîte is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Within the Moulin de Poil property, come and stay in a comfortable gîte with a private garden near a small stream. You have access to a private swimming pool shared by the 3 gîtes (10x4.5m heated from May to September), a petanque court, a games room with table tennis, table football and a room with a library and billiards. Bicycles and canoes for hire on site, donkey rides.
This gîte is accessible to people with reduced mobility. On the ground floor: kitchen open to the living room with direct access to the terrace and the stream, living room with television, wifi, and fireplace, 1 independent toilet in the entrance, 1 bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility with 1 bed 180x200 and its accessible bathroom (shower, toilet). On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 180x200 (can be converted into 2 beds 90x200); 1 bedroom with 2 beds 140x190 and 2 bunk beds 90x190 and a bathroom with large shower and toilet accessible from both bedrooms. Bed linen included with the beds made, as well as bathroom and kitchen linen. Heating by central boiler with wood chips (included in the price) and electricity included, wood for the fireplace on request in supplement. Cleaning package on request. Laundry shared by the 3 gîtes (washing machine, ironing board and iron).
In the Morvan Regional Natural Park, numerous walks and bike rides from the gîte (GR13 and GTM VTT), 15 minutes from the Bibracte archaeological site and 20 minutes from the Roman town of Autun. The large Morvan lakes are 30km away and there is an inn in the village (100m from the gîte).
