La Fontaine au Lion

In the heart of the Morvan Regional Park, 10 km from Vezelay and 3 km from Avallon, come and stay in this spacious detached house that can accommodate up to 12 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find 4 large bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190), a shower room (shower and washbasin) and a separate WC. Outside, there is a private area with barbecue and garden furniture, and a 4x12-metre swimming pool shared with hotel guests (open from May to September and heated depending on the weather). The 1600 m² plot is enclosed and will allow you to bring your vehicles inside. A cleaning deposit of €85 is payable to the owner. Utilities (heating and electricity) are included in the price, beds will be made on arrival and towels will be provided. For more than 6 people, a supplement/night/person of 25€ (low season) to 35€ (June to September) will be charged.
