Just a stone's throw from the Allées du Parc, between Place Wilson and Parc de la Colombière, this flat is ideal for visiting Dijon, its vast history and iconic sites, while enjoying the peace and quiet of a residential area. The flat comprises: a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room with a BZ-type sofa bed with a very comfortable mattress, a bedroom (bed 140x190) overlooking the courtyard, a shower room and separate toilet. Parking is on the street side (at a charge of €4 per day). There is a bicycle storage area. Dijon's historic centre is a 15-minute walk away. Sébastien and Brice will give you a warm welcome, with the aim of making you feel at home. A welcome gift will be waiting for you when you arrive. The hosts can be contacted at any time to make your stay as pleasant as possible and will come to meet you to give you the keys and carry out an inventory of fixtures on arrival. A welcome booklet with information on visiting Dijon will be at your disposal. Pets are not allowed. The flat is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
