On the Vézelay route to Santiago de Compostela, the house is equidistant between Nevers, Cosne-sur-Loire and Clamecy, and less than 20 minutes from the A77 La Charité sur Loire exit towards Auxerre.

Built at the end of the 19th century, this warm and comfortable farmhouse is decorated with simplicity and makes you feel at home. What I really like is the central island in the kitchen and the brick wall. The interior was completely redone around fifteen years ago, when it was my main residence. Very quiet, ideal for relaxing and rejuvenating, on the edge of a forest, lots of walks or jogs, bikes available on loan. Easy walks and cycle rides from the house. Côtes de la Charité vineyards less than 1 km away. Winemaker and open cellar in the village "Le Puits de Compostelle".
