A few hundred meters from the historic center of Sens and one kilometer from the train station, in a quiet area near the banks of the Yonne. Entirely new, it can accommodate 3 people. You can enjoy its proximity to the town centre and the serenity of the garden.

The accommodation, adjacent to the owners' house, consists of a large living room (with an extra bed), a kitchen with a central island and numerous household appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle), a dining room and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the toilets are separate. You will also find at your disposal a desk area (with printer and screen) and a space for laundry (washing machine, iron and ironing board). WIFI throughout the accommodation.
Thanks to the large bay window in the living room, the gîte is bright and opens onto a large enclosed garden. A terrace has been fitted out with garden furniture and barbecue

The little extras

- bicycles are at your disposal to go to the town centre, or to go for a ride along the Yonne,
- small attentions await you: shampoo, coffee, sugar, and enough to prepare a first meal based on vegan food!
