The flat located in rue Pierre Richard in Beaune has recently been refurbished.

It is located 5 minutes walk from the train station and 7 minutes walk from the centre.

It is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Parking is easy and free on the street.

In the living room there is a sofa bed, a high table and 4 stools. A small TV and some other furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped. A large fridge with freezer compartment. A microwave oven, an oven, a hood and a ceramic hob, a manual coffee machine. All the dishes of course.

In the bedroom, a 140 cm bed is ready to use.
As young parents, we can add equipment for your baby without any extra charge: a cot, a bathtub, a deckchair or even a car seat if you rent a car on the spot... do not hesitate to ask.

The bathroom is equipped with towels, hair dryer, washing machine, clothes line.

We propose an autonomous arrival with a key box.

We can also advise you on local activities, worthwhile visits and some good addresses.

The flat is on the ground floor.

Please note that the flat must be left clean and tidy.
