The desire to bring this beautiful building in Beaune's historic centre back to life gave rise to the idea of creating 5 gîtes.

Roland and Françoise wanted to create an authentic, warm and cosy atmosphere for each of them.
Lovers of old stones will be able to share the secrets that the house holds by taking the spiral staircase.

The Collégiale Notre Dame and its forecourt will appear to you in all its splendour.

Each flat has been designed to make you feel at home.
Kitchen area equipped with 2 induction hobs, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules supplied), kettle, toaster and all the crockery and cutlery you need.
The bedroom is equipped with a bed (160x200), box springs, TRECA imperial mattress with mattress topper.

In suites 1,2,3, a small lounge with a sofa bed (140/200) with a high-density mattress.
Large bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, except for bedroom 5.
Bathrobes, towels, slippers, hairdryer and L'occitane welcome products (shower gel, shampoo, milk).
TV with satellite channels, wifi, air conditioning.
