Mes P'tits Loups, detached 250 m² gîte in enclosed grounds of 2200 m².

Whether you're into heated swimming pools (in summer), spas, saunas, TV, piano, Russian billiards or table tennis, our family gîte will welcome you for your family holidays with activities to suit all tastes.

Are you a nature lover? Take advantage of your stay to discover our region, ideally situated in Burgundy, at the gateway to the Morvan, with its walks and hikes in the forest or around the lakes, its vineyards and its gastronomy.

With its 250 m² of living space, this 4-bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 8 travellers:

- Linen: bed, kitchen, toilet and beds made up on arrival. Hairdryer provided.
- 2 cots (without baby sheets), 1 booster seat, 2 high chairs, 1 changing table with bath included, 1 baby bouncer.
- Cleaning service is provided on condition that the house is left in a clean and tidy condition (if you require a cleaning service at the end of your stay, the cost is €130, to be paid at the beginning of your stay).
- House equipped with home automation: electric shutters on the ground floor, electric gate, Internet and WIFI...


Built in 1606, in the heart of the village, in the peace and quiet of its enclosed grounds of 2200m², our elevated longère-style house has been extended and renovated, using a mix of old materials and modern equipment to combine the charm of yesteryear with the comfort of modern facilities.

**** THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE

- Parking for 2 cars (3 cars on request).
- Heated swimming pool from 1 May to 10 September (season to be confirmed), games accessories.
- Solarium equipped with sun loungers, armchairs, parasol and outdoor shower.

**** ON THE GROUND FLOOR
- Fully equipped kitchen (American fridge) with central island, induction hob, oven, microwave, Senséo coffee machine, kettle, Actyfree, Cookéo, KitchenAid food processor, dishwasher, toaster, full set of crockery, etc.
- Living room with widescreen TV, Orange and Netflix. Sofa, 2 electric armchairs, 2 other armchairs.
- Dining room with extendable table.
- 1 master bedroom suite, 180cm bed (2*90cms adjustable on request) + separate WC + separate bathroom + access to the Spa.
- Spa (3 seated + 2 reclining), direct access to terrace.
- Covered terrace in bloom with 2 dining areas, plancha and grill, rattan lounge with fountain and staircase leading down to the park.
- From the street, you enter via a wide entrance where you will find a separate toilet.


**** ON THE AIR-CONDITIONED FIRST FLOOR
- 1 bedroom, 1 x 140 cm bed. TV + Internet.
- 1 bedroom, 1 x 160cm bed (or 2*80cm). TV.
- 1 bedroom, 1 x 160cm bed under the eaves with solar-powered velux TV. (half a floor higher).
- Relaxation room with lounge, quarter grand piano, Russian billiards table, board games. Widescreen orange TV+ Netflix. View of the park.
- Wellness room with sauna, massage table, Wellbox (massage and anti-cellulite device), Tibetan bowl and book.
- Separate bathroom with double basins, walk-in shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Separate WC.
