Gîte L' Acoué

Our gîte "L'Acoué", on the same level, is fitted out for 2 to 4 people on 50 m². Label 3 Clévacances.
(The first floor will be equipped later with two bedrooms)

In the Nivernais language, "l'acoué" refers to the shelter. We have chosen to restore a shelter formerly used for animals, taking care to preserve the authenticity of the place.
Inside the gîte,
-a living room - with its lounge area (with a 140cm rapido sofa bed), and, facing the bay window
its dining area (with a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven,
refrigerator/freezer, microwave...).
-A bedroom with a double bed.
-A bathroom with a washbasin, a shower and a towel rail.
-a separate WC
Electric heating. WiFI.

Outside,
from the living room, you have direct access through the bay window to a large terrace without vis-à-vis (garden furniture, awning
(garden furniture, awning, electric barbecue). Fenced area.
Private parking space for cars.
In the heart of the Charitois region, close to the village of RAVEAU, in the hamlet of Bertigneaux, on the edge of the
forest of the Bertranges on the route to Santiago de Compostela, lovers of nature, culture, history or
culture, history or gastronomy, will enjoy this comfortable and warm accommodation.
The forest, the Loire, the neighbouring historical cities (La Charité-sur-Loire, Nevers, Bourges...), the Morvan... offer leisure and relaxation
