- On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of which is a large one of more than 30 m² with a 180 cm king size bed and a view of the garden and the stream. A bathroom with double sinks, toilet and Italian shower. And on the landing, a living room, with television and library.
- In the attic, a large master bedroom of 60 m2 with king size bed of 180 cm, bathtub basin and toilet, and a bull's eye overlooking the garden and the stream.
- Outside, a 400 m² garden bordered by the pretty St Gervais stream.
