The Rhoin Valley gîte is ideally situated between the wine coast, classified as a Unesco World Heritage site, the Burgundy canal and the Auxois.
This old stone barn has been completely renovated, keeping the original troughs transformed into benches. Ground floor: travertine living room with dining room, TV, fitted kitchen and pellet stove. Shower room. Laundry room and separate WC.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160cm bed. A large room can be used as a TV lounge or as a bedroom with its comfortable sofa bed (140cm) and its mezzanine with 2 twin beds (80x190cm). 2nd independent WC with washbasin.
Courtyard with terrace and parking in front of the gîte. Electric heating according to consumption. A 15 kg bag of pellets is included in the price, as well as sheets (beds made on arrival) and final cleaning. Folding bed, high chair and baby bath on request. Owners nearby as well as a year-round rental (access to the cellar is through the gîte's courtyard).
The owners have preserved the spirit and authenticity of the place thanks to the objects found on the spot, while bringing in modernity.
You can enjoy an exceptional setting in a natura 2000 area. The gîte is situated a few metres from the river "le Rhoin", under the cliffs of the village and bordered by the forest, which will bring you peace and serenity.
Numerous hiking and cycling trails start from the gîte. The amateurs will also be able to benefit from approximately 400 climbing routes.
Near Beaune, the capital of Burgundy, famous for its Hospices. Numerous wine-producing villages to visit in the vicinity.
