Gîte de la Liberté

Renovated in June 2022, the Gîte de la Liberté is a detached Burgundy stone house located in the town centre in a quiet area, 100 metres from the Cluny shopping centre, opposite the Maison de Santé.
With a living area of 97 m², the Gîte de la Liberté opens through a large bay window onto a large private walled garden, exposed to the rising sun, with the red brick Romanesque bell tower of the 12th century church of St Marcel as a backdrop.
On the ground floor, you can enjoy this breathtaking view in the large living room (33 m²) with a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room/TV area.
The shower room/toilet in buttercup colours is adjoining, allowing for use on the same level.
A beautiful blond wooden staircase leads to the first floor where the landing leads to a large bedroom with light wooden floor, overlooking the garden, equipped with a double bed (new 140 cm wide mattress), a large double wardrobe with shelves and drawers, a desk.
On the street side, the blue room also has a light wood floor, a double bed (new 140 cm mattress), a double wardrobe, a desk and a sofa for two additional beds.
Both rooms are served by a well-equipped shower room/wc.
Sheets and towels are provided free of charge.
The house is fully insulated with sound and heat proofing, natural gas heating, VMC on all levels.
In an adjoining garage it is possible to store two motorbikes or four bicycles free of charge.
Animals are not allowed.
The Gîte de la Liberté is non-smoking, but the covered terrace offers freedom.
The wi-fi connection is offered.
Cleaning is included in the price.
The reception is bilingual: French/English.
