In the region of VEZELAY (20km), near the Regional Park of MORVAN, the Yonne valley and the Nivernais canal, on the Circuit of the cycle route, in Burgundy Nivernaise come and recharge your batteries in our gîte at Françoise's.
Possibility of walks along the Canal du Nivernais (200 meters), or even a river trip on this canal which connects Burgundy to the Loire.
Burgundy invites you with its local wines (Tannay 8 km, Vézelay 20 km, Pouilly-sur-Loire 45 km, the Coteaux du Giennois and Sancerre at about 70 km, and of course the Côte de Beaune which joins the Chalonnais at less than 120 km.
Gite completely new with, on the ground floor: large living room + lounge with television, kitchen, toilet, on the first floor: lounge, two bedrooms (4 beds), bathroom, toilet, on the second floor: dormitory, 1 bed 140, 2 beds 90, bathroom, relaxation area with sofa and television.
Equipment: on the ground floor: kitchen with electric oven, butane hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large cupboards.

Courtyard adjoining the rue Romain Rolland, giving onto a covered area of 150 m2, with table-benches and possibility of a closed garage, notably for bicycles. Table football and ping-pong table are at your disposal.
